Reservations

Anyone can reserve Jitters for a variety of events and programs. Please send an email to jitters@uww.edu to check the availability of Jitters and to confirm your reservation and event details. In order for Jitters to be properly staffed for your event/program, we ask that you book with us at least 7 days in advanced. The earlier the better!

*Please note: Jitters is only able to have our kitchen open and sell drinks starting at 8pm.

LIT Events

1. A Jitters takeover is a requirement for LIT once a semester. Once the LIT has a date in mind, in collaboration with their Assistant Complex Director, they reach out to jitters@uww.edu. Typically a Jitters takeover has a program that goes along with it. Some examples that LITs have thrown while taking over Jitters include karaoke, painting, and dance parties.

2. A Jitters takeover is typically an all hands on deck event for the LIT. Everyone in your LIT who is available to go to Jitters, does go! Some LIT members assist in the kitchen making drinks and others assist in the program being thrown. Your Jitters Rep should be serving as the shift lead for the event and training the other volunteers in the kitchen.

3. Once the date and time is set for the Jitters takeover, make sure to send over advertisements to jitters@uww.edu so we can help you promote your event!

4. If the LIT is looking to do a unique drink idea at Jitters for their takeover, we can definitely explore options!

Clubs and Greek Orgs

1. To schedule an event at Jitters, please send an email to jitters@uww.edu

2. Once we confirm the date and time, please send us the expected number of attendance for the event. This is to ensure Jitters is properly staffed for the event.

3. Please let us know what you require of Jitters (adjustments to the seating arrangement, the audio equipment hooked up, lighting etc.)

4. Since Jitters is volunteer ran, we ask you to supply 2-3 volunteers that can work during the time of your event. Jitters will have a shift leader there to help train the volunteer. Plus, every volunteer gets a free Jitters drink!

RA’s

1. Please confirm with your Complex Director your program idea and get it approved before reaching out to Jitters.

2. Please send us your program idea, your date, and your time. Please note: depending on if there is already an event being hosted at the time and day you ask, we’ll look into finding another day that works for us both!

3. Once the day and time are confirmed on our end, we’ll ask for advertisements to your program. Please email it to us so we can advertise it on our social media.
